Last year, our annual Founder's Day Dinner moved online, to a virtual format because of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year we had hoped to be in-person in beautiful Agatha Hall, but for the safety of the sisters and our family and friends, the Founder's Day Dinner will once again be a virtual celebration of our heritage and history.

We have fully embraced the many opportunities that pandemic has placed in front of us, in hopes of doing the most good with what we have been given. Our retreat ministry has grown virtually, and welcomed people near and far to participate in Shalom at the Monastery events. Our Gift Shop moved online and we have shipped the sisters handmade items all across the country. And through our YouTube channel, we continue to explore ways to bring the sisters out into the world virtually and safely.

We are only able to embrace these new opportunities for prayer, hospitality and service through the kindness and generosity of you, our family and friends. We prayerfully seek your support of our monastic community by participating in our Founder’s Day Virtual Celebration this year.
