The pandemic will not allow us to gather in person this year.  However, we are excited about the opportunity to connect with everyone in a different format this year.  This has become a theme of our community - embracing new opportunities.

Our Shalom retreat ministry is thriving in new ways with online, virtual retreats and spiritual direction through phone and video conferencing.  Our sisters have been busy knitting, crocheting, and assembling their arts and crafts for sale in our gift shop – which now offers curbside pickup.  We have even taken our Oktoberfest booth virtual with the online sale of Sister Immaculata’s famous buttermilk coffee cakes.  This pandemic has not slowed us down; it has only slightly changed the path of our journey.

We are only able to embrace these new opportunities for prayer, hospitality and service through the kindness and generosity of you, our family and friends.  We prayerfully seek your support of our monastic community by participating in our Founder’s Day Virtual Celebration this year.  Your gift will quickly go to work supporting our Benedictine community, especially our elderly and retired sisters.

Support Our Sisters

Thanks to a generous matching grant from the Larry & Jeanette Epping Family Foundation, every dollar raised during this campaign will be matched by the foundation, up to $35,000.  Even better, if you opt to become a monthly sustaining donor of at least $10 per month, the foundation will double your gift for the first 12 months.  There is no better time to support the Benedictine Sisters of Mt. Angel.  Click the link below to make your gift today.

Virtual Door Prize

Your only chance to get some Monastery Mustard is by participating in our Founder's Day Virtual Celebration.  Every one that gives a gift of $100 or more, or becomes a sustaining monthly donor of $10 per month or more will be automatically entered into our virtual door prize drawing.  The winners will be announced on our October 25 virtual celebration video.

Thank You Sponsors!

Thank you to our wonderful "table" sponsors.  Without their support, our event would not make as significant of an impact as it does.  The Benedictine Sisters of Mt. Angel would like to thank...
