EVERYTHING IS HOLY NOW – Celebrating the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ!

Do you feel like the people of the Old Testament – stuck, just stuck…..masks, no vaccine, 6 ft from those we love, unable to celebrate our beloved Eucharist in church surrounded by our community of faith and then continue with coffee and donuts to support one another?

Moses said to the people of Israel: “Not by bread alone does one live, but by every word that comes forth from the mouth of the Lord.”

Where are the words coming from? The people around you are Eucharist today. They (we) are being called to BE PRESENT in the NOW where everything is HOLY.

While we wait for a return to God present in the bread and wine of Eucharist, don’t miss the opportunities for “Eucharist” – every connection we have with those closest to us and those we see on television and the created world around us.

How is the bread of life coming to you?

From the Rule of St. Benedict

"Let us prefer nothing whatever to Christ, and may He bring us all together to everlasting life"

RB 72:11-12.

Gospel Acclamation

“I am the living bread that came down from heaven, says the Lord;

whoever eats this bread will live forever.”

John 6:51
